How can I re-use my form on mobile devices?

Hello,

We are a yoga/wellness non-profit using JotForm for our waiver. We need to be able to pull up the waiver on our mobile devices so that multiple students can sign one on site. I have downloaded the JotForm app on my phone but am not seeing a way to bring up a blank form to be filled out on the spot.

To clarify, do you want to fill your form using your mobile device?

You may share your Form URL and view it in your mobile device using a web browser. JotForm Forms are mobile responsive, you can view your forms  in your phone web browsers.

Do note that the JotForm app will only show submissions and the forms in your account.
