How can I input text in front of the Other option in Single Choice element?

    Hello, 

    Could you please let me know how can I input text of "On Site" in front of the "other" option.

    Also, How can I make the length of the typing area in the "other" option longer? I want my client enter their address here.

    I'm sorry, but I don't understand the question. Are you asking how can you add a static text for the other option? If yes, that's not possible. You can only add an Other text in it.
