My graphics disappear when I download a new fillable PDF

    We have a Crestwood Village logo on the move in evaluations - every time I amend the form and try to download a new fillable PDF, it removes the Logo!


    Why is it doing this?

    You no longer have the logo in the fillable PDF, but how did you add the logo? Are you using the image block in the PDF editor or through HTML inside the form builder or through header settings? We need to know this so we can check and try to replicate the problem for escalation.
