Squarespace: embedded form is not fully loading the form.

trouble with form on squarespace site.

When you click the "Draw something" button it takes you to the form, which is embedded on a regular page with a text block at the top and a code block. https://www.natickisunited.org/jot-form-1

Form loads the drawing board, but nothing below. 

This problem can be fixed by refreshing the page. But it happens again if you close and reopen the page/site. 

Embed code used was the one suggested for squarespace. My other jot form loads fine, but it is a page/question form

I was able to see the problem where it doesn't load the other half of the form until it is refreshed. My suggestion is for you to try removing the script part of the embed code and see if that helps.

I switched the form over to an Iframe like you suggested. Thank you very much. The issue persisted afterwords, but I resolved the issue by increasing the static height of the Iframe to 1080px. It seems to be working now so all is well!
