Redirecting to an external link in the Thank you page is not working

    I have set an external link after finishing the form but it does not work I got an 403 error?

    If I change to an Thank You page it is not in the middel of the page and it jumps in a bad view.

    I have checked your JotForm and see that the Thank you page is set to display a message. As I check the Thank you page settings, it looks like you were trying to redirect the form to the web page using the URL http://www.die-energieausweise.com/. Please try changing the URL to https https://www.die-energieausweise.com/ and see how it works.

    I tested it, I got the same fault. Error 403

    Ok. I have tried sending a test submission to the form to replicate the issue at my end. I am able to see the issue that you are experiencing. The issue seems to be happening with the option enabled for 'Send Post Data' in the form settings.

    I have now disabled this option and set the Thank you page to the web page https://www.die-energieausweise.com/ on your form which is working fine. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
