What does the Fatal Error means in the Import App page?

Hi what does Fatal Error: The File could not be uploaded. No Submissions created. mean?

That means there is a problem with the file or the file uploading process. The CSV file is the best file extension to do the import process. All you need to do is to edit the headers in the CSV file based on the headers from the import app.
