How do we get the non-profit pricing for our account?

Hi there, we are a not-for-profit organization and need to upgrade to a paid plan.  How do we get the not-for-profit discount?

Our approval is within 24 hours. I can approve this for you, but would you mind changing your account email to the domain of the association? You're using Gmail, and we need to validate that one. Also, do you have a clear/scan copy of the non-profit document that you attached? 

 Hi Welvin, we haven't bothered setting up email on that domain.  I've put a small note 'JotForm Verification' at the bottom of the homepage, hopefully that is enough?
