Is there a way to connect card payments to directly pay to their PayPal?

Hi, our client would like to connect their PayPal account to receive payments. But, they don't want to have to login to make a payment. Is there a way to connect card payments to directly pay to their PayPal?

To clarify:

Form > Enter CC > Payment goes to PayPal account.

or

Form > Click PayPal > Person enters all information (without logging in)

If the browser detects that the user has previously used PayPal, it will attempt to force the user to use PayPal to pay.  If you try the same after clearing browser cache/cookies or browsing in private/incognito mode, PayPal will allow the choice of paying via PayPal or credit card after redirect.

If you want to allow the user to pay directly in the form via credit card, PayPal Pro or PayPal Express would need to be used.  Both of which require either a PayPal Pro or Business account.
