How to change the cards background colors?

Olá!

Estou começando a criar um formulário com layout de cartão.

Estou com as perguntas dúvidas:

1. Quando eu altero o cartão, apenas o primeiro aceita é transparente, é possível aplicar o mesmo efeito em todos os cartões? Veja a imagem anexa.

2. onde e traduzo o texto dos botões Anterior e Próxima?
