I need help adding a calculable table to form

I am trying to add a form with a section that will calculate amounts. I'm attaching a screen grab for you. I have tried several of the tables you have available and widgets, but nothing seems to be able to have data added to it. Can you help?

Could you please try Input Tabel fields and see how it works? After adding the field to your form go to properties by clicking on the gear icon. Then under Fields tab select Text Box from the Input Type dropdown.

Then go to the Options tab where you can add calculation values.

Our apologies. We can help you with setting up this table for you if you are still interested. It's a bit complex for some, but it is doable. Just one thing with Input Table, you cannot have a text area in it where you can add long texts. It is just a textbox or numeric input boxes.
