I'm sorry, but clearing or deleting submissions won't restore your limit. Only the system can reset the limit which we have scheduled on a monthly basis, on the 1st day, 00 EST.

I see that you have upgraded the account to Bronze Monthly. I think that resolved the issue. Please let us know if you need further help.

What was the limit I reached?
If I don't renew next month, do I lose my forms?

We would like to apologize for the confusion. I have checked the email sent to your account email address telling you that your account has reached its limit. It refers to the Upload Limit of your account. Free accounts are limited to 100 MB of upload space. Although the issue can be resolved by upgrading your account, deleting the submissions that have uploaded files will free your account's upload limit storage.

To understand your account usage and limits, please refer to this guide — Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-Limits

If you feel like you will be needing more than what the free account offers, you can upgrade your account anytime.

The screen shot below shows the exact usage on my acct in comparison to the usage limits listed on your site. If you look at my acct you can see for yourself the following usage this month...

    Monthly Submissions used:

    73 out of 100

    Payment Submissions used:

    0 out of 10

    Upload Space used:

    40mb out of 100mb

    Form Views used:

    325 out of 1,000

    Submission Storage used:

    16 out of 500

I have not exceeded the 100mb upload limit this month. If I did then why doesn't my acct usage history reflect that?

    See Screen Shot:

This concerns me, I need to know if I were to cancel the $19 subscription next month what will happen to my forms/submissions?

JOTFORM didn't even bother to send me a warning notification they just cut the form off unannounced. That caused my business operations to hault.

Please see the attached photo evidence...

*Screen Shots of conversation with Aury:

If 5 forms are the limit on Free accounts then why does the email mention "Building up the forms from 21 to 25" after the down grade to the Free plan?

Why would the email mention being grandfathered in as a year 2015 customer?

The entire time from 2015 til the day of my convo with Aury in 2018, how was it possible for 21 forms to even be created by me without having any upgrade?

*Screen shots showing the "my forms" section of my Jotform acct. It clearly has way more than 5 forms on there. You can even see the activity dates listed below the forms.

*Screen shots of current monthly Usage. It too shows 25 forms. They clearly were there before the upgrade which only took place hours ago today. The form dates on my acct show the forms were there prior to todays date.

*Screen shots of the 2018 refund. Jotform would not have apologized and given me the $19 credit in 2018 unless they knew they were incorrect.

Jotform used to offer 25forms free and those of us who had that deal got to keep that deal as customer seniority.
