Is there a way to generate a visual report for multiple forms?

We'd be looking to generate a report of how many submissions have been made of each form (up to 15 forms) in the last 12 months.

Unfortunately, there is no option to create one visual report on multiple forms. Currently, the workaround to see all reports in multiple forms is by embedding the visual reports on your webpage or in one Jotform.

I have embedded two visual reports for my two forms in my demo form.

You can also check our Form analytics, it will show you how many submissions were made on your form and other information about the users of your form.
