Lost access to email. How to can we access our Jotform?

Hello, my name is Scottie Wadlington. I am the Internet Sale Director at Van Hyundai in Carrollton. One of my former employees created a jot form for a scholarship program that we are hosting here at the dealership. Is the any way to retrieve that information if I can provide you with a company email address? She no longer has access to the email and it has since been deactivated. I have attached a copy of the file and the link to our facebook page

Only the account owner can access the form. If you have access to klong@vtaig.com email, you can reset the password by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.

If you don't have access to the email, there's no other way to view the submission data. You can clone the form, but the data won't be cloned.
