Problem using section in the form.

I have three sections for repair

1.heating and cooling

2.water/sewer

3.Other

But people has to fill every sections even their problem is "Other"

Why?

If that's the case, I'm afraid you will have to include an additional field that will allow your users to select which one they want, for example:

And create conditional logic:

For each option.

That's if you want to show the only option that is selected, but honestly, I don't see the need since the fields are not required.
