The credit card got charged twice in February for 2 x annual subscriptions

    Our credit card got charged twice in February for 2 x annual subscriptions. However, the invoice log only indicates that we were charged once.


    Would appreciate speedy assistance on this matter. Thank you!

    From the invoice, you were charged for Gold yearly on February 28th, 2019. It seems then you have switched to Silver yearly and Silver monthly plans. You were not charged for this subscription. The Gold subscription was refunded and credited to your account. From this credited value the other two subscriptions were charged.
