I have the same problem as John Rehill in this post: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1045501-Error-with-jotform-links-ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

When trying to download a PDF file that is uploaded in a jotform-form, I get this message:

    The www.jotform.com page isn’t working

www.jotform.com redirected you too many times.

    Try clearing your cookies.

    ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

I tried to clear cookies but it doesnt help. What is wrong?

    I'm using Chrome.

I always log in before downlaoding.

Tested in Internet Explorer and there it worked.

    Hello,

Our developers were investigating the problem and found that this is a bug in Chrome version 73. Bug is related to some characters in file names:

Any other browser works as expected. It is already fixed in canary release of Google Chrome (Version 75.0.3755.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)), so it should soon be fixed in normal release, too.

Thank you, that explains it! I had a suspicion that it could be a character problem as the files where saved with  weird names in Internet Explorer.

Thank you for your help and time!
