How to save forms and continue later?

I have our forms set up (grant applications) but I cannot find a setting to use that will save the grant form and allow the user to exit out and get back in where they left off so that they will not have to sit down and fill out the whole thing all at once.  We provide the link to the form on our web page.  What do they do on their part to have the grant and save until they submit?????
