I currently have the free plan.

My VA told me that I can only take in 10 orders on the free plan.

Is this correct?

Hello,

Actually, Free users are allowed to receive 100 form submissions or 10 monthly payments. If your account already receive 10 payments in the calendar month, the payment forms should be disabled and you should require to either upgrade the account to a paid subscription or to wait the first day of the next month when monthly counters should be reset.
