Can I list more than one email address in the Recipient field of the "Email Conditions"?
Do you add a comma or semicolon in-between the email addresses?

Yes, you can add more than one email address in a single email notification. Once you finish typing an email address, just hit enter, it will allow you to add other email address.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Do I need to add a comma or a semicolon in-between email addresses?
Hitting enter doesn't do anything.

I have checked your form and it seems you have added the multiple emails for your condition.
May we know if the issue still remain?

I want it so when people receive the email they can see everyone who else gets the email.
How do I do that based on conditions? Can I put a group of email addresses with each email separated by a comma or semicolon?

Yes, you can put a group of a comma/semicolon separated email addresses. It will work.
However, please note that when the PDF Attachment option is enabled, the other recipients will be listed in a 'Reply-To:' field. If you need the recipients to be listed in the 'To:' field, the PDF Attachment option should be disabled.
