Required fields not saving

Hi there,

I have built two forms now and made all of the fields required.

Yet on the preview AND on the live link it's only holding the required value for the drop-down question.

Can you please assist? We need to use these forms this Frida.

You have a condition in your form that made them Unrequired by default except only when the Name field is filled. You can delete this condition if this doesn't serve your purpose. :)
