We have created a SILVER account and we would like to have several USERs. How to do this ?.

Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered. (If you do not have sub-users, you will not be grandfathered. This means that you cannot use this feature now (add up 10 sub-user)).
If you would like to have additional users added to your account, please check out JotForm Enterprise.

Because I currently am using sub-user accounts (so I am granfathered), will I be forever limited only to 10 or under the grandfather clause, can I get more?

As stated by my colleague, we have discontinued the Sub-user feature. You are grandfathered with the number of sub-users in the Silver plan.
However, if you would like to add sub-account users you should upgrade your account to an enterprise.

Just thought I would ask see if "granfathered" included being able to get more sub-users. Unfortunately, I believe that for a lot of users, the Enterprise solution of a monthly cost per user is extremely cost prohibitive. The granfathered Gold account holders are the lucky ones!

Our apologies, due to the feature being discontinued it is not possible to upgrade and increase your sub-users without using the Enterprise account.
