    Hi..

If we wanted to add a query string to the URL below that would allow for it to be recognised as internal use, could we do that?

So, this would be for the customer

    https://form.jotformeu.com/90912076043351

    And internally we would use

    https://form.jotformeu.com/90912076043351?=admin

You can do that and even show/hide elements according to the URL you have; however, you need to manually add the parameter, for example, if you would use "https://form.jotformeu.com/90912076043351?=admin" then you need to share this URL with the internal users.

Basically, you can add the parameters you need, but there is not something on the form builder where you will do it.

In case you would like to handle form elements based on the form URL you can do it following these steps:

    1. Get the form URL with this widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/get_form_page_url

    2. Set up conditions based on the widget, for example, if the widget contains edit then show field 1. Guide about show/hide conditions: https://www.jotform.com/help/316-How-to-Show-or-Hide-Fields-Base-on-User-s-Answer
