Make feedback button disappear after scroll down

    Hi I would like the donate button that opens a form as the top of the page linked below.  Can you provide any help in how I would achieve this?

    I am sorry, I have missed the scrolling part. If you would like to hide the feedback button upon the page scrolling, you can try adding a script from the next link to your web page:
