How do you access multiple forms?

If I were to purchase the gold/unlimited form plan, how do you access multiple forms. Are they all under one login? Does each form contain it's own login?

Multiple forms can be accessed in your My Forms page using your account login.

If you want to assign sub-users to your account, you may try the Enterprise Plan.
