How do I get the survey to work with stripe integration?

I integrated srtipe, and now the form wont submit , even when i have some people skip the page with the stripe payment on it.

I checked the form you gave us and it has no Stripe Integration. Perhaps you've removed it already? If you like to submit the form if the user has not selected an item listed on your Stripe payment then do not set it as required.
