Providing a Public Key Didn't Work

I created a form called "Clone of Commitment Card" which was a copy of another encrypted form.  I had uploaded the same key from that old form to be the same key for the new form.  However, only some of the data is decrypted (the dollar amounts) and not any of the name or contact information.  Help,

The data that you can see is not encrypted.

If you are unable to decrypt your data, you are using the wrong key. Please check if you have some other key.

Where Can I Find the Private Key After Downloading It?

If you lost the key your data is also lost.
