Change Email on Account

    I am trying to change the email address associated with this account. When I click the link in the email to verify the change, it says the link is not valid. May someone please help?

    You can edit the email in Profile page:

    Yes—I did that step already. I am trying to change the email from “” to “”
    When I submitted the change, I got an email saying “Thank you for using JotForm. We've received an email change request for your account. You've entered as the email address for your JotForm account. Please verify this email address by clicking the button below:”
    However, when I clicked the ‘Verify Now’ button in that email, an error message appeared.
    Please advise.

    Could you please long press the button and see if there's an option to "Copy Link" or "Open in browser"? If there's no option like that, please try clicking the verify using another device and see if it will work.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
