Is there a way to split contacts names into First name and Last name?

Hi there,

I connect Jotform to my software and we have First name and Last name fields and they come from Jotform as one name that goes to First name field. I was wondering if there is a way to split them? 

On my Jotform you can see that contact enters their first and last name separately.

For example, last submission was Crystal Milton, I would like it to be First name Crystal, Last name Milton. How do i do that? Thank you 

For this purpose, instead of the Name field, you can use 2 short text entry fields - one for First Name and the second for the Last name. Please see the below screenshot.
