Is there a button to bring you to the last page of the form?

I would like to add a button at the bottom of pages 3-7 which will take the user directly to the submission page, since they would typically only need to fill out one of the five pages.

Yes, this is possible! You can add a dropdown element to your form with options to select certain pages, or perhaps only the last page. Then you would add a condition called Skip To/Hide A Page and set it to take the user to any page of the form. I have created a sample form for you:https://form.jotform.com/90936141888973.
