Integration with Mailchimp not working successfully

    Hi, I want users to be added to a mailchimp list when they sign up to the membership via a jotform. 

    The users are not coming across to the mailchimp list. 

    Can someone please help me!! We launch on Monday!

    I also checked our MailChimp integration and it was working for me. So it must be an isolated case that is not working properly on your form https://form.jotform.co/83502233941855

    Please try the following procedures for initial troubleshooting so that we can determine where the problem might be.

    1.) Create new API key in your MC account
    2.) During the integration configuration, try mapping a few fields first (i.e try Full Name, Email, Phone only) to use on your list.
    3.) Save the integration
    4.) Test the integration by submitting the form. 
    5.) Check in your MC list if the test submission successfully gets added to the MC list.
