Submissions not coming through

    We had an event registration form and now that we are sending out race packets, we have had several people tell us they registered but we didn't receive their registration and their credit cards were never charged. I would normally chalk it up to user error but it's been about 7 people so far that have said this. 

    We have the form on our website here, though the form is now disabled:

    To clarify, does your form user receive an error when they submit the form?

    If its possible, you may ask for the form users email address as we check the submission data.
