    Good afternoon Jessica,

    I have cloned your form and made a few sample submissions and can see that both emails are being sent correctly: the notification email (the one to you) and the autoresponder email (the one to the respondent). I also see that you are using your own SMTP settings for a Custom Sender Email, which seems to be working correctly as well.

    Please let us know which autoresponder you are having an issue with: the JotForm autoresponder or your own SMTP custom sender email, or if you have any other questions.
