Hi, I got an email attached below saying my account email was changed. This was an unauthorized change. How do I get my account back?

What was your previous email? Are you able to login to your account? If you are able to login, go you myaccount page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/ and see if email was changed. If so, you can changed it on that page.
By the way, your current email is media@bownet.net.
