Can I save my form to PDF with a free account or do I have to pay?

Do you mean to say that you wan to download your form's PDF version or you want to download the submissions in PDF?

Both of the requirements are possible to achieve by taking advantage of our "PDF Editor" feature. Yes this feature is available in free plan as well.
