Missing Text Field

    I have created a form however the last text field that I created is not showing. When I try to edit the form it shows however whenever I view it live it does not show. Can you see what the issue is?

    I have checked your form and I can see that there are some conditions that are having missing fields. Please find the screenshot below:

    The first condition which I have highlighted in the screenshot is causing the "Parts Needed" field to disappear/hide.

    If this is not required, you can delete this condition if it is not required and this will resolve your issue.
