Locked out of Account - Account owner no longer with company

    hi-


    My colleague who was the keeper of all our client jotforms is not longer with the company and now we can not get into the account to access the forms. We need to move all forms form Username: s.tarkington@nsgswat.com to my account. 


    Is this possible?

    There is no account username under "s.tarkington@nsgswat.com". Please note that the only person who can transfer the forms is the owner. You will need to contact the person who has access to the account, so he can contact us to make the request to transfer all his forms to your account username "plevy22".
