The PDF document is not updating with the newly added fields

    I updated several questions on my form several days ago.  I have the settings so that the form automatically emails me a PDF of my form.  For some reason, the latest updated questions are not updating on the PDF.  The PDF still shows the questions before they were updated.  Please help

    Have you refreshed your PDF editor page? The PDF document when opened it would open a pop up which would ask you to update your PDF document.

    If the popup is not showing in your PDF editor then try creating another PDF and then update it in the notification email.

    Also, you may let us know the Form in question so that we can take a look at it.

    I tried that several times yesterday and it is still not updating.   The form is "2019 Lateral Hire Form"

    When I create a PDF of the actual submission- it still shows the old questions.

    I have created a new test document in your PDF editor. Could you please check those PDF if the Form fields are updated in this new document. If it is then please update this document name in the email notification.

    Also could you please let us know which of the fields are not getting updated in the PDF so that we can take a look at the old PDF and if there is an issue we can escalate it to our development team.
