Desbloqueio de conta

Eu estava editando um novo formulário e minha conta acabou sendo bloqueada.

Sei o motivo dela ter sido bloqueado, porém vocês podem estar desbloqueando ela, e excluindo esse formulário que deve ter sido o problema?

Tenho um formulário muito importante que não posso estar perdendo salvo nessa conta também.
