Sub-users: Why isn't my account using the limits of the paid account?

So, my company is paying for an account.  (I referred them to this service after all).  And, I HAD a free account which I deleted.  I was added as a "subaccount" - and should be able to create more than the 5 forms as a result.  But, previously I had an error where it wouldn't let me add more than the 5.  So, I deleted my free account.  My IT department re-added me, and I tried again.  STILL can't add more than 5 forms.  WT...?  Not being able to speak with someone real time about this is getting TERRIBLY frustrating.  Is there someone who can help me figure out and FIX what ever is wrong so that I can actually use the service we are paying for?

What happens is that you may be creating the forms under your account, to use the limits of the paid account simply move the forms to the shared folder:

    I hope this helps.
