Is there any way to do PayPal payment integration without having API account?

Could you tell me, please, why your PayPal payment integration is so complicated - you require to create API account? Not every client wants to do this. Usually for integration you need only email address, associated with your PayPal account? Is there any way to do this without having API account?

Yes, this is possible. We also offer a PayPal standard integration, where you just need to add your PayPal account address. You may need to scroll down the list of the payment integrations to locate the 'PayPal' element.
