    Hi,

I need to add a disclaimer, checkmark, and link to the privacy policy on the home page before the user have to access to the first question. How can I do that?

    Example:

☑️I agree with the "Company Name" Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Privacy Policy (link) | Terms of Use

    Thank you

    Hello!

You can use our "Terms & Condition" widget as the first question of your form and it is already required by default. If you are creating your form as "Card Form", visitors will not be able to progress further, without checking the checkbox in the widget. If you are creating your form as "Classic Form", you can set a "Show / Hide Field" condition stating that questions after terms and conditions are not accessible unless the checkbox is checked. Let's go through this process step by step:

    1) Add Terms and Condition widget to your form.

    2) Add the other elements you need in your form.

    3) Go to Conditions panel under Settings tab, click the + icon to add a condition and select "Show / Hide Field" option

    4) Select "Terms and Condition Widget" from the "IF" statement dropdown. Select "Is Filled" option as the State. Select "Show Multiple" option from the "DO" statement dropdown. Finally, select all elements under Terms& Conditions Widget element (while holding shift or command key) and save condition.
