new animation on your home page

please make a change to when this is displayed as it is extremely annoying to have all of these graphics moving in the background when all I want to do is log into my account.  Perhaps you could pause it during login it?

In order to stop the video from displaying on your My Forms page, simply check the Never show this again checkbox and close the video, like so:
