Tab on website showing old titles

Hi - I often recycle my old form (i.e. make a copy of a form from last year and change the data to reflect to current year). I've never noticed a problem except I recently noticed that a published form, when clicked on the link (not embedded, just a straight jotform link), that the tab on the website says the old name of the form (2014 nominations) rather than the current name of the form (2019 nominations).

I've checked all that I can think of within jotform but cannot find any information that resembles 2014 nominations, so I am wondering how to make the website tab reflect the current name of the form instead of the old one. I've used both Chrome and Edge and both are displaying 2014.

    Thank you.

    Hi @cherieh!

Here is how you can easily change the page title of your form:

    1. Select the form on the My Forms page the click Edit Form

    2. Go to Settings>Form Settings>click on SHOW MORE OPTIONS

    3. Scroll down until you see the Page Title field. Please enter the desired title for the page and your form's browser window or tab will display it!
