How to hide or grey out a selection once someone has selected the choice

I'm not sure if you can help but I have a multiple choice field on Page 4 of our form titled PRIME LOCATIONS with 5 different choices. This field is included in a form calculation. Currently, after a form is submitted and if we do not see the submission right away with the choice selected, another user can make the same submission.  We then must contact the second submitter and say, oops, your selection was already chosen by someone else.

Is there a way, perhaps with an "if statement", or a different type of field, that a choice can be greyed-out once a submission has been received with that choice?  I thought of using the "Gift Registry" widget but it doesn't really "fit" what we are doing.

Any suggestions you may have are greatly appreciated.

I am afraid this cannot be implemented with conditional logic, you will need to use a GiftRegistry-like widget.
