How to add different field type in input table field?

I'm trying to find a way for an Jotform to only accept a Yes or No in one of the fields on my table - see the screenshot.

2.

I'm also trying to collect start times and want these to be entered in 24 hour time. How can I restrict the entry type to that? See the screenshot

Unfortunately it is not possible to use different field types in the input table field.
