Payments paid to Square integrated form is not reflecting in our Square account

    I thought I integrated my square account to the form. I had 2 submissions and received confirmation that they registered and both said they paid. However, the payments haven't posted to square. Not sure if I did something wrong or if there is a different problem.

    I have checked your account and see that the Square is connected to your form in the Test mode. This might be the reason that your Square account has not received the payments made. Please try connecting the Square account in Live mode to your form and ask your users to submit the form again to make the payment. They may not have been charged for the previous submissions and they may check with their statement.
