    My link is not working and I cant login to my account

    We have reactivated your account. We found form id: http://www.jotform.us/form/91050586914156 to be collecting username and password credentials.

    We do not allow this type of collection. We had to delete the field requesting password for compliance.

    Remember we do not offer encryption along database administration that is why we do not allow such collection. Please do not elaborate forms of this kind.
