A 2nd account holder followed the instructions you sent yesterday:
Could you please go to your account Settings (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings), and uncheck the Require log-in to view uploaded files checkbox?

Was this setting unchecked in the account that the submissions are being sent to? Let us know the username of the account that has the form or the URL of the form and we can check the account settings to ensure the setting has been disabled.
