Autoresponder not sending?

Hi Folks,

I've got an autoresponder that doesn't seem to be working. Wondering if you can see what's going on?

The form is Request an Interpreter.  The autoresponder that doesn't appear to be sending is AUTORESPONDER.

The three other emails, Autoresponder LHIN, LHIN Interpretation Requests, Interpretation Requests are all working as expected.

Suggestions?

 I checked your form and a related condition, the problem was in field name:

The field should be with curly brackets, and yours had square.

I changed that, please check and let us know how it worked.
