How can I see record of automated emails sent out?

Hi, 

We have a sign-up form that we use. It is programmed to send out a confirmation email that includes important information and files. Is there any way we can obtain a record of the emails automatically sent out from the platform?

You can see your email history in your settings page. 
And there is no other way to export email history.
Please feel free to ask anything.

Thanks, but there's a problem. Every time someone fills out this form, they get an email, and so do we, like a duplicate. I went online to look at this email history, which is good, but it only shows the emails sent to our own inbox and not to the use, which is what I need. Is there a way to achieve that? 

Unfortunately, you can only view notification email history using your account.

We can try to check the submission at our end if the autoresponder was not sent. Can you please share to us the user's email address?                              

The reason I'm asking this is because we need a record of the emails we send with the instructions on how to proceed in our school challenge, plus the materials. This is for a grant and they want the report including this kind of information. 

All outgoing emails are recorded in the email history, that includes your notification emails in the form, the autoresponder email, the replies you sent through the submissions page and forms sent through the publish wizard, all of it. 

Note that if you have not added an autoresponder email to the form prior to asking this question, then I'm afraid that no emails will be recorded in the email history. So far, I checked your last form ID here http://www.jotform.us/form/83434886175165 and the autoresponder is sent to the last submitter and it is available in your email history.
